Hello, I’m Victoria Panayotova. I have been practicing yoga since 2016. My main and guiding teacher is Natalia Alenina — for me, she is an endless source of inspiration and knowledge. I have been continuously learning from her over the past several years. She has nurtured my curiosity not only in yoga but also in other areas related to movement and body awareness, such as osteopathy and myofascial release.

Alongside my regular practice at the Master of Balance Yoga School, I attend various master classes and seminars with teachers from Israel (Eyal Shifroni), Russia (Sergey Ugryumov, Natalia Luzhanskaya), the USA (Vladimir Zhandov), and India (Zarna Mohan).

In 2022, under Natalia’s guidance, I had the opportunity to begin my own teaching journey at Master of Balance Yoga School. I decided to bring more diversity into the studio by leading classes with a specific focus: “Healthy Legs” and “Restorative Practice.”

I am a person who pays great attention to detail, and I want to show my students that the true meaning and value of both practice and life lie precisely in the details.
